YBSC now has the largest complement of coaches (25+) that we (or any YK club) have ever had. With more and more people stepping up to take on coaching roles, there are huge benefits to the training and development of our players. We also do not want to burn out our coaches by expecting too much of them. Having more coaches means sharing the load and makes running practices much more efficient and better organized.
Although our coaching situation is far better than it has ever been before, we are always looking for and adding people willing to take on head coach, co-coach, assistant coach or position coach positions. Many of our coaches have started with no prior coaching experience and as they develop they move into more senior positions.
